Vineyards From the blend of several hillside exposures in the Gavi area characterized by different terroir composition, carefully selected by the Pio Family.
Vinification Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks where Gavi rests for a few months until bottling, usually in March.
Notes
Salty, spicy with ripe and rich fruit aromas. A nice minerality with complex body. Very approachable and easy to pair with different types of cuisine, showing at the same time a good ageing potential.
