Vinification Fermentation and very short maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks where, after an accurate blend of Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir, Il Nebbio stays until bottling, usually in the month of March after the harvest.
Notes
Redcurrant flavors, fleshy and sweet fruit, crispy, soft and round tannins but also nice body and structure. It may definitely age well enhancing the more austere expression of Nebbiolo, the protagonist in this blend.
To be served at cooler temperatures.
Produced in small quantities every year.
