Vineyards The typical grape varieties of the Langhe region encounter the international ones to craft a wine which goes “Beyond” (translating in Italian “Oltre”) the tradition. These varieties are grown in different exposures in several villages in the Langhe area.
Vinification Fermentation and maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Long ageing in big barrels of French and Eastern Europe oak for nearly 12 months and for a small amount in French oak barriques.
Notes
Moderate acidity and round tannins, intense structure and fleshy fruit. Great ageing potential.
