In stainless steel tanks at quite high temperatures. Skin contact maceration for 25 days.
In oak for 30 months and in barriques in small parts.
Big powerful structure, rich of ripe fruit, soft, spicy. Sweet and ripe tannins. Very long life. Very small quantity produced.
